The hotel had basic but very clean rooms, although a bit dark with small windows. It was nice and quiet inside. The staff was not very flexible, but the cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of Puebla. The rooms were spacious, with a lovely view of the cathedral and part of the zocalo, but a bit noisy facing the street. The service was somewhat rigid, but the staff offered an incredible view of the cathedral. The dining experience was homemade and delightful, and the facilities were excellent.
